Accounting Assistant Job Opening in Lake Orion, Michigan - Complete Automation designs state of the art paint and micro-brewery fluid delivery systems. We are looking for a motivated and professional Administrative Assistant to the CFO to join our team at our Lake Orion, Michigan global corporate office in northern Oakland County.
Responsibilities:
This position reports directly to the CFO, assisting with numerous accounting functions including but not limited to: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, expense report review, and credit card statement review
Data entry of accounting information
Update and maintain various excel spreadsheets
Other job duties as requested
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting support role
Strong computer skills MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and customer service skills with all levels of management and staff
Able to work under stress and maintain composure in a fast paced environment
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Strong attention to detail
High School diploma or equivalent is required
