Accounting Assistant Job Opening in Antwerp, Ohio - Paragon Tempered Glass, LLC, is a specialty fabricator offering custom glass solutions to numerous markets from two U.S.-based facilities. The accounting team is currently seeking an accounting assistant reporting to the controller. This is a full time, hourly position in a team based, casual environment.
JOB SUMMARY: Prepare and enter data related to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger in order to produce accurate information in a timely manner. Performs a range of general clerical and accounting support functions as needed. Assist controller with month end journal entries;monthly financial analysis, budgeting, year-end packets and worksheets along with various other projects.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS OF JOB:
3-5 years of experience in clerical accounting (A/R and A/P)
Knowledge of computer operating systems, preferably ERP software and related programs
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Previous general office experience
Associate degree and/or equivalent prior experience in role preferred.
