Termite Inspector (Residential Sales Specialist) Job Opening in Los Angeles, California - The primary purpose of this role is to provide a customer experience like no other using a Winning Formula that we will teach you to execute daily starting with a detailed home inspection to identify opportunities. Then offer solutions that satisfy the customer needs to include some 18 different services.
The role of Residential Sales Specialist is to exceed projections while maintaining a customer focused service with a bonus paid monthly and annually based on your ability to close the Base Sales Target for your area!
Branch 3 Field Representative License required.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Read, write and comprehend pesticide labels and training materials printed in English.
2. Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb over and on top of structures; ascend and descend stairs and ladders.
3. Use the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for the situation.
4. Visually inspect for pest, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.
5. Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations.
6. Tolerate sitting and driving a motor vehicle for extended hours each day.
7. Ability to crawl in attics and Crawl spaces of customers home to perform inspection All PPE provided at all times by Western/Rentokil.
