Web Hosting / IT Sales Company Seeking Outbound Sales / CSR Job Opening in Los Angeles, California - Profuse Solutions is seeking multiple individuals who can effectively communicate technical sales quotes, offer great customer service to our clients and work well in a fast paced office setting. The tasks of this position is to offer clients front line assistance in respect to handling 20+ daily sales calls, customer service inquiries, ensure our brands are properly represented to the public and to help shape our marketing strategies.
Requirements -
- Strong follow-up skills / High Organizational Skills
- Proactive and most importantly, aggressive when pursuing sales leads
- Experience in technology/online sales
- Motivated to seek new business opportunities
- Speak/Write fluently in English, second language is a plus
- Understand basics of computer hardware and components
- Understand basics of large networks and bandwidth
- Keep careful and detailed track of each lead, opportunity in a CRM
- Knowledgeable of advertising techniques on social media
- Experience with Linux & Windows
Job Duties -
- Contacting prospective clients, following up via phone, email, instant messenger
- Generating reports on leads status
- Create weekly newsletters that include articles on a wide array of technology and sales related subjects
- Daily updates on social media and bulletin boards
- Maintain a strong contact with each current client / Account Management
- Bachelor Degree Preferred
Schedule will be regular business hours 9-6PM / Monday - Friday in our DTLA Office
This position will work closely with director of sales to execute campaigns, come up with new strategies to approach new markets and niches.
