Become a member of Kingman Regional Medical Center?s dynamic Emergency team
Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is seeking a highly-motivated, team-oriented leader to serve as Director of Emergency Services. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing (Masters Preferred) and at least seven years of emergency nursing experience, with at least three years in a management position.
As Director, you will be responsible for assuring that the highest-quality care is provided to every patient in our Emergency Department by:
Leading and directing unit staff involved in the provision of patient care within respective unit, including hiring, disciplining and terminating when necessary.
Developing, executing and prioritizing unit goals, including timelines which support the Nursing Division Strategic Plan and Kingman Regional Medical Center?s mission statement: Serving our Community with Compassion and Commitment.
Evaluating the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice and nursing services to identify areas of opportunity and to ensure nursing practice continually improves and impacts positively on patient outcomes.
Maintaining evidence of quality measures tracking including unit dashboards
