Connecting Hearts' core foundation is team work which involves seamless communication and excellent care management. We have openings for Full and Part Time Day and Night Shifts. Care would need to begin on May 21 or 22. This would be a permanent schedule and you must be able to work 12 hour shifts and every other weekend. Qualifications: * Experience in home care and/or long term care. * Minimum of 6 months experience in a related field. * Pass a criminal background check & a drug screen. * Must have a valid drivers license and current car insurance. * Provide past employment references. * Non-Smoker.
