Job Opening in Sandwich, Massachusetts - We are seeking a sales oriented and highly motivated Business Development / Marketing person to serve the South Eastern MA and Cape Cod territory. This Individual will work out of their home office, ideally live in the area and will be able to travel throughout the region. We are searching for a driven, enthusiastic individual who has a proven track record within the insurance industry. This position will require relationship building with local insurance agents and agencies throughout Southeastern MA. Part time, could lead to full time.

Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain and expand relationships with independent insurance producers.
Provide training on Rytech and the Rytech way.
Resolve agent issues and act as a liaison between Agent and company.
Consistently perform effective sales calls throughout the assigned territory & close new business opportunities.
Provide timely communication & follow-up to customers, delivering an excellent customer service experience.
Plan territory routes to maximize sales outcomes.

Qualifications:
1+ years outside sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent sales track record & motivated by achieving measurable goals.
Excellent communication, organization & interpersonal skills.
Have an understanding of property & casualty lines of insurance, coverage?s & producer responsibilities.
