We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our Team at Videojet?s global headquarters in the Chicago area .
Purpose of the Position:
Grow your multi-million dollar Supplies and Parts territory through winning back off-brand customers while retaining existing business.
Accelerate growth of new equipment installations by identifying new opportunities and supporting projects in the sales funnel.
Partner with Field Sales (Equipment) and Business Development teams to achieve key performance metrics and revenue targets by region.
Achieve milestones of the Sales Training, Advancement and Results (STAR) program, honing sales aptitude and becoming a candidate for senior inside sales and field sales positions within Videojet or across Danaher.
Apply Value Selling techniques and cross-sell the full Videojet product portfolio; engage credibly with customers over the phone, listening for implicit needs and identifying a winning solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle selling of regain opportunities (lost Supplies & Parts business). Own, progress and close sales funnel, winning through value-selling the benefits of Videojet products
Expand our ?share of wallet? through multi-faceted customer calls, nimbly identifying and positioning the full suite of Videojet solutions
Participate in weekly Selling Skills training to hone abilities as a sales professional
Produce high-quality equipment opportunities to support territory growth.
Partner strategically with field sales team to accelerate equipment projects and realize regional targets
Achieve milestones of STAR sales development program, demonstrating readiness for further responsibility, challenge, and career progression
Build relationships with Core Teams (Marketing, Sales, Technical Support, Product Management, etc.), unlocking support to win your projects
Demonstrate and share best practices, elevating the performance of the rest of the Inside Sales Team
Qualifications Qualifications:
Outstanding sales mindset coupled with intelligence, persistence, and passion for winning
3 - 6 years sales and/or new business development experience.
Bachelor?s degree.
Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably, ) and MS Office applications.
Travel: up to 15%.

Passionate and motivated to drive monthly sales by building essential relationships with customers (internal and external).
Proficient in high-level communication in order to effectively engage and educate customers
Possess effective time management skills to prioritize daily tasks.

Territory Management ? Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive regional performance metrics
Opportunity Management ? Manage funnel of up to 100 opportunities, prioritizing activities and progressing projects to closure
New Business Prospecting ? Continuously discover additional projects and cultivate opportunities through regular calls with existing customers,
Organizational Agility ? Build relationships with other commercial departments and navigate large organization to find solutions
Product Credibility - Absorb technical product knowledge quickly and translate into value to the customer
Sales Competency - Progress opportunities from initial discovery to closed won
