Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Rolling Meadows, Illinois - U.S. Waterproofing () is hiring an Inside Sales Representative. This is truly a unique sales position with an opportunity to make six figures! Your hard work, combined with U.S. Waterproofing's rich database of leads means there is no limitations of income for you. Your role will consist of calling customers, who's homes we have already been in, to earn their business. Many of these customers just need some prodding to encourage them to move forward.
This is a salary + commission based position -- your income will largely depend on your call volume and sales skills. We believe in investing in our employees. We are looking for someone who:
-Has a two year successful track record in sales (preferably inside sales)
-Has strong negotiation skills and is persuasive
-Is comfortable working in a fast-paced energetic environment
-Has superb phone and computer skills
-Is a motivated self-starter
-Ability to pass a criminal background check
-Lives within 30 minutes of our office in Rolling Meadows
-The Hours are somewhat flexible. Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays is encouraged.
