HR Sales Assistant (ALTRES in-house) Job Opening in Honolulu, Hawaii - ALTRES is hiring! Our simplicityHR team is in need of a HR Sales Assistant to provide support to the Sales Director and HR Consultants. Multi-tasking and follow-up are key components to this role. We need candidates who take initiative and can work effortlessly with multiple departments and individuals.

Hours: Full-time
Location: Oahu: Honolulu
Additional Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain accounts, leads, and contacts.
Review all sales proposals for accuracy and completeness and upload to system in a timely manner.
Manage and assign leads from all channels, including call-ins and web generated leads.
Coordinate the reorder of all office supplies and equipment.
Schedule and prepare meetings and conferences.
Ensure all sales material and collateral is regularly stocked, updated, and distributed.
Perform account research and assist with special projects.
Assist with general administrative tasks, such as mail distribution, document back-up, and print requests.
Required Education and Qualifications:
Must have excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Attention to detail is a must.
Able to keep up in a fast-paced, sales-oriented work environment.
Great at spearheading multiple on-going projects and tasks.
Comfortable working with numbers and data.
Capable of maintaining high levels of organization.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Japanese speaking is a plus!
