National Sales Director Job Opening in Woonsocket, Rhode island - Abacus Health Products, LLC is the developer and manufacturer of CBD CLINIC?, the first line of FDA-registered topical analgesic medications (pain relief ointments, creams and massage oils) made with cannabidiol (CBD), an extract from hemp. Our pain relief products have strong sales direct to healthcare professionals and distributors throughout the US. Due to dynamic growth, we are in immediate need of a highly motivated, highly organized National Sales Director who has demonstrated successful experience establishing and maintaining motivated sales representative and distribution networks.
What you are helping sell are revolutionary products with a strong value proposition and patented technology. The primary market for CBD CLINIC is health and wellness professionals throughout the US who treat patients with acute or chronic musculoskeletal pain. These include but are not limited to Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists, Naturopathic Physicians, Acupuncturists, Pain Management physicians, etc. We also have just launched a direct-to-consumer brand geared for online and brick and mortar retailer sales. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Responsibilities include:
Setting up, expanding and maintaining a nationwide network of highly successful independent sales representatives selling to a) health & wellness professionals, and b) specialty retailers, independent pharmacies, fitness centers, sports training centers, etc
Maintaining strong, successful relationships with the distributors who are already our customers, and build on this network
Building similar networks in targeted countries outside the US
Actively participating in planning, budgeting and decision-making regarding marketing, tradeshows, collateral material, etc.
Qualifications are:
Proven successful experience with the Responsibilities, preferably with health and wellness products
Ability to ask open ended questions and gain market intelligence and product feedback
Ability to grasp and understand medical and scientific information and relay to customers
Compensation: Negotiable
