Staff Accountant - Part Time Job Opening in Syracuse, New york - Inntel Hospitality Management is a local company that owns and operates 8 hotels and 1 restaurant in New York State. We are looking to add a part time position to our Accounting staff. Daytime Hours are flexible Monday - Friday.
Duties Include:
Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals and logs
Follow our company?s established accounting processes
Support accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry
Perform monthly bank settlements
Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions
Prepare documentation for external auditors
