Accountant / Accounting Analyst Job Opening in Denver, Colorado - Under the direction of the Director of Accounting, the Accountant / Accounting Analyst will be responsible for establishing and maintaining accounting practices to ensure accurate and reliable data necessary for business operations with an understanding of GAAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, passion for working with people, analytical acumen, interpersonal skills and effective communication skills. Position offers variety and includes Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, General Ledger, Budgeting & Forecasting, Treasury and Information Systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related
CPA and/or MBA (or in progress) a plus
2+ years accounting experience; public accounting experience a plus
Real Estate industry experience a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
