We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our rapidly growing organization. The Senior Accountant should be an organized, efficient manager who can work hand in hand with our Controller to run the monthly close process and conduct the treasury management process. The Senior Accountant will report directly to the Controller but will work hand in hand with the CFO assisting in the accounting for the company's numerous legal entities.
Primary responsibilities will include::
Conduct the monthly close process
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card accounts
Prepare weekly cash reports and assist the Controller in treasury management processes
Prepare monthly financial reporting packages
Assist the Controller in developing controls and key accounting processes
Special Accounting and Finance Projects
Requirements ::
Must have undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Must have 2 years of public accounting and 1 year of private accounting experience
Must have knowledge of general accounting principles and processes and expert Microsoft Excel skills.
Construction Accounting experience a Plus
Yardi experience a plus
