Quality Builders Warranty Corporation , the nation's premier 10-year new home warranty program, currently has a position available for a motivator and team building Regional Sales Director based out Matthews, NC.
The National Sales Director will be responsible for the motivation and overall success of the sales team as well as recruiting and hiring.
Key responsibilities of the position:
Manage, motivate, ride with and ensure performance of the existing sales team.
Recruit, screen, and hire additional members for the sales team.
Full and complete responsibility of generation of sales revenue for the company nationwide.
Requirements of Candidate:
Four (4) year college degree.
Minimum of five (5) years similar sales management experience.
Must have demonstrated experience in recruiting and hiring high commissioned and high incentivized individuals.
Demonstrative personal sales experience.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized and professional.
Proven team leader and motivator.
