We are looking for a focused, driven, and motivated sales consultant who wants to take control of their career. La-Z-Boy Southeast provides a proactive and rigorous training program to ensure you are able to sell at an elite level. We have an industry leading commission plan which enables you to maximize your income. First year consultants earn on average $40,000 - $60,000. Experienced sales consultants can earn between $60,000 - $80,000, and top producers can earn over $100,000.

Primary Responsibilities include :
Sell industry leading furniture and promote our Free In-Home Design program
Provide exceptional service using excellent listening skills and being responsive to client needs while providing solutions aligned with the client?s preferences and budgetary limitations
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing sales floor
Build rapport with repeat customers
Exceed monthly sales goals
This role requires candidates to work weekends and holidays as these are our largest sales days
Participate in company training and functions
Adhere to all company policies
Qualifications:
Minimum: two years of sales experience
Competitive spirit
Passion for selling
Communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to effectively communicate with sales staff as well as clients
Preferred Skills:
Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
Must be a problem solver
Able to build and maintain relationships with current and former customers
Has a competitive spirit
