Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Charlotte, North carolina - Resident World is on the lookout for sales talent to grow with us as we launch (shhh! Still in stealth-mode) nationwide! We are building a sales team of outgoing, savvy, and driven sales pro?s.
Your task will be reaching out to local restaurants and merchants over the telephone and sign them up as a Resident World partner. These are fast-paced, short-cycle sales selling a service that restaurants are already eager to participate in. Resident World sends orders and sales from customers in their area, driving additional revenue and returning loyal customers.
The Challenge:
Sell ?pay for results? advertising and exposure to local restaurants and merchants
Conduct high-volume daily cold calls, and be prepared to close
Be the ?face? of Resident World in each market
Be the local market expert: gather restaurant feedback, monitor competitor activity, and provide recommendations for improvements to management
Execute all required tasks on time and with high quality results
What do you need?
Be friendly, likable, and professional but able to handle objections
Be excited to close multiple deals on a daily basis
Fluency in English: language skills in Spanish or Chinese is a big bonus
Experience in high volume inside sales
Familiarity with a variety of sales concepts, practices and procedures
Persistence and follow through
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
Ability to manage your time well and stay on the ball. We don?t micromanage.
