Job Duties:
Actively manage & grow a dedicated sales territory.
Prospect for new business opportunities in existing and potential accounts.
Maintain current customer relationships.
Prospect & call on new accounts - cold calling.
Prepare a strategic selling plan for effectively penetrating the market.
Work with customers to understand needs for products & applications.
Make joint calls with manufacturer reps.
Develops and maintains good customer and supplier relationships and relationships with employees through professional, courteous, and helpful behavior and actions.

Summary: Sells industrial mill supplies, cutting tools, fasteners, bearings, steel and other related products to an end user base established by management. Also involves promoting other value added programs and services offered by the company.
Successful candidates will market all of our products across all facets of our business to an existing customer base. Responsibilities include, calling on established accounts, identifying and capturing new growth opportunities within those accounts, as well as seeking new customers for our company. A sales background is required, however, we will provide a complete training program for our core products.
