Sales Associate Job Opening in Henderson, Kentucky - Dempewolf Ford in Henderson, Kentucky has immediate openings for career minded sales associates for New and Pre-Owned Sales. Previous automotive sales experience a Plus. We will consider sales associates candidates with other sales experience that will relate to Automotive Sales. Computer proficiency a plus. The ideal candidates for sales associates will have a strong desire to succeed, are highly motivated and technology driven and are customer service focused. Ideal candidates will also have an outgoing personality with expertise at developing and maintaining relationships. Those with previous experience need to be able to adapt and follow the Dempewolf sales team formula.
Previous auto sales experience is a plus but NOT A REQUIREMENT for this position. Those with experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, account executive, financial services, and mortgage and restaurant industries have proven to be very successful when switching careers to Auto Sales.
Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance and a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. High-energy, positive, outgoing individuals with strong verbal communication skills WILL succeed!!
Job Qualifications
* Prior Sales Leadership - Dealership experience preferred but not required
* Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
* Strong Computer & Phone Skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
* Follow up on all active leads daily and with follow up calls
Additional Qualifications
Ford Sales and Certification Experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate
* High School Diploma or GED
* Valid Driver's License
* Previous Sales Experience
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Generate new business by prospecting, making follow up calls and educating customers on products and incentive programs.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Proven closing and follow through skills
* Basic Computer, CRM, Internet Skills
* Attend all training and Sales Meetings
* Motivated to gain continuous knowledge on inventory and technology
