Clinical Operations Manager Job Opening in Anchorage, Alaska - SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for day-to-day nursing operations under the general direction of the Chief Operations Officer. This position supervises and directs the clinical support staff for the Center and includes a concentration in refining standard operating procedures to enhance patient experience and provider support. Directly responsible for administration and creation of department policies, procedures, orientation, ongoing training and development, hiring and evaluation of the nursing department staff.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor?s degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university, Master?s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred. Active license as a Registered Nurse in the state of Alaska. Four years? experience in a multi-specialty medical group setting including, procedure development and two to five years? supervisory experience required. Community Health Center experience preferred.
