Flooring Sales Associate Job Opening in Louisville, Kentucky - We are expanding and growing our flooring program. We are looking for experienced Flooring Sales staff who are looking for opportunity to grow a business. For a decade we have been known for kitchen cabinets and specialty sales, we are now expanding and and focusing on our flooring segment of the business. We offer carpet, pre finished hardwood, LVT, tile and many other special order floor coverings. We also have installation, credit programs, and everything you need to be successful.
In addition to very competitive hourly rates, we also offer commissions,bonuses, and medical benefits. We have paid vacations and as well as holidays are a part of the package. In addition to this, we strive to maintain a family and team environment, we are looking for long term employees.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling flooring as well as the installation. They will also have a strong understanding of the flooring segment, strong in customer service, knowledge and understanding of installation services, and be passionate about driving sales.
Our hours of operation are as follows,
Mon-Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
Sat 8:00am-5:00pm
Sun 11:00am-5:00pm
