Entry Level Sales Job Opening in Vancouver, Washington - Job Summary:
This position offers the unique opportunity to develop a lucrative career in sales in a purpose-driven environment where helping people is part of the mission! Your primary responsibility will be to sell our suite of online courses, through phone calls and e-mail communication, to senior care providers in several territories across the country. This is a growth position and will start out focusing exclusively on NEW business generation through daily prospecting, lead qualification and customer contact. The position DOES NOT require sales experience? Through our sales training and coaching, you will learn to use a consultative sales process to identify needs, propose solutions, overcome objections, justify value and ultimately? close sales! It does, however require hard work every single day, combined with a consistently positive attitude. If you can meet those requirements, the position also offers a very lucrative compensation plan with uncapped earning potential!
Essential Functions :
Outbound prospecting with the ability to establish rapport and develop relationships with key decision-makers in targeted companies
Cold-call through lead lists of companies within our target market
Follow up on leads generated by marketing activities
Consistently achieve aggressive targets, including aggressive daily metrics
Enter call and sales data into Infusionsoft, CRM.
Education, Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience, preferably in an environment that included frequent customer interaction, with ability to demonstrate success and tenure in a previous position
Team player who enjoys talking/working with others and creating solutions to problems.
Commitment to making outbound calls, generating new leads and driving revenue growth
Strong computer skills to perform essential position functions.
Experience using a CRM, or other similar data collection and analysis software
Fast Learner with the desire for career growth
Ability to manage time and workload effectively
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
High energy with proven success in previous positions
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently
Demonstrated organizational skills, including coordination of multiple tasks with attention to detail and good follow-through.
An equivalent combination of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics consistent with required qualifications as determined by the job analysis
