Part Time Residential Maintenance Technician Job Opening in minneapolis, Minnesota - Part Time Residential Maintenance Technician Growing property management company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the appearance and maintenance of single family homes, townhomes, duplexes, and apartments throughout the Twin City area. You must have prior experience in either property maintenance or a related field. We are not looking for someone who is specialized in any particular field, but to be well rounded in all areas of property maintenance. Competence and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repair. The candidate will have the ability to work independently, think on your feet, be flexible, and have a strong work ethic. Candidate will also have reliable transportation, own tools, and cell phone.
