Director of Nursing Services Job Opening in Lenexa, Kansas - Description: This candidate must have a passion for seniors and be exceptionally organized and able to initiate systems and prioritize responsibilities. This candidate must have excellent clinical skills, communication and be an effective leader. Familiar with State and Federal guidelines governing long-term care.
Qualifications:
Must be an RN from an accredited college
Currently licensed in Kansas without encumbrance
Be responsible for maintaining professional licensure and CEU requirements
Must have at least 1- 2 years supervisory experience in a geriatric setting
Current CPR certification required
May be designated to assume responsibilities of daily operations of the facility in the Administrator?s absence.
