WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for inside sales professionals who are dedicated, motivated, persistent and passionate about their work. We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record in the industry they were selling in. Sales professionals who are willing to work a proven system, not to re-invent the wheel, professionals who are not intimidated by selling over the phone or objections, professionals who are or were in the top 5 of their sales staff. One on one phone critiquing - Sales Manager will meet with sales pro on a daily basis to go over a call that got away and critic it in a positive constructive manner. Sales Meetings - On a day to day basis, in our 9am sales meeting, sales manager goes over 400 rebuttals to every possible objection that can possibly be heard on the phone while selling. CAMPAIGNS �
