We are currently looking for client-facing Network Support Engineer/Technician who possesses indepth knowledge of network based technologies as well as excellent troubleshooting ability. The ideal candidate must be able to handle multiple environments. responsibilities and configurations. The ability to prioritize responsibilities is crucial for the role. We are also looking for candidates with client interfacing experience. This will help our sales team with potential business. You will be asked to work with multiple technologies, so we need someone who is not opposed to working within eclectic environments. Technology needs: -3 years experience working on Cisco ASA Firewalls, Cisco Catalyst Switches and Cisco IOS Routers. -3 years WAN technologies such as Site-to-Site (Lan2Lan) VPNs and RemoteAccess VPNs. -3 years experience deploying and migrating Microsoft networks within 100 user environments. -3 years deploying, migrating and supporting Microsoft Exchange 203, 2007 and 2010 -Customer service oriented.
