Boutique Sales Associate Job Opening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin - Stephanie Horne Boutique is seeking an energetic, outgoing, personable and fashion forward sales associate to join our team.
This job IS NOT your typical retail job, we work one on one with every customer that enters our store. If you are used to allowing people to look around, try on a few things with no help and hope they purchase this job is not for you.
Our items we sell are high end and require knowledge of body types and fits.
We have been in the Third Ward over 10 years and have a nice client base that is used to a superior level of customer service and follow up. We require the use of a clientele book that tracks your customers and makes it easy for you to market to them to drive business.
This position if done well pays over $15 per hour with hourly wage and bonus, what you earn over and above your hourly wage is up to you. The harder and more successful your work the more you make.
We do hold our salespeople to monthly sales quotas.
We over a generous clothing discount as well as a clothing allowance that can be earned.

Our hours are 10-6 Monday thru Saturday and 12-5 Sundays, you must be available during these hours, you will arrive 30 minutes before we open and stay 30 or so minutes after to do cleaning and help late customers.
