JOB SUMMARY
This position works closely with Circle K Fleet Sales to help new customer accounts ramp up and begin transacting with the CircleK Fleet Card. This position is responsible for reviewing the on-boarding checklist and call scripts to guide small fleet customers through the onboarding stages. Excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal form, are a must for this position. In addition, this person needs to be able to listen effectively to the customer to be able to troubleshoot and provide the correct tools needed to solve that customer's challenge.
The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements:
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with the Sales team to help customers begin using our Circle K Fleet Card
Conduct introductory and training calls with customers to review and validate such things as account set up, site list, on-line tools and payment terms/methods.
Problem-solve to determine what training tools/resources the customer might need for a smooth on-boarding.
Support Employee Referral Program by ensuring the sales team receives all referrals and the employees are notified of the status of their referrals
Makes telesales calls as needed to referrals
Develop and maintain a relationship with Circle K fleet Platinum customers, conduct annual business reviews with these customers
Performs a variety of other sales projects and task as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor?s Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years in the field or in a related area or equivalent combination of education, training and experience-based learning. Knowledge of the Fleet Card Industry preferred.
Knowledge of personal computer and Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
Ability to read, understand and communicate technical concepts, information, ideas and business processes in a clear and understandable manner to team members and in management presentations.
Ability to process information including gathering, interpreting, assessing, organizing, and verifying data and material problems with computer hardware and software.
Ability to work with data to run/interpret analytics and identify trends.
Physical Demands: Work requires frequent sitting, standing, walking and use of keyboard/computer. Work requires occasional bending, reaching and lifting/moving up to 35 pounds. Work is subject to significant telephone contact with employees and can be stressful.
Working Conditions: Normal office environment with little or no exposure to adverse working conditions. Work may occasionally include travel, long hours, week-ends and holidays.
