Product Expert 1, Appliance Sales Job Opening in Raleigh, North carolina - Customer Service and Sales:
-Proactively approaches customers in friendly manner to determine how they can best help find a product and close sales
-Demonstrates WORTH behaviors consistently
-Completes all required customer-related transactions; follows the designated process to ensure speedy checkout
-Actively listens to customer issues in a calm and agreeable manner to resolve problems and delivers outstanding customer service
Educate Customers/In-Store Demonstrations:
-Injects key product attributes into customer conversation to enhance the brand and interest in merchandise to generate sales and meet productivity standards
-Provides customers with informative and engaging product demonstrations following the company prescribed demo schedule and instructions
Product Presentation:
-Continually scans the floor, fixtures, walls, and aisles to ensure product is displayed according to core standards
Replenishment:
-Partners with associates to replenish store and/or takes personal action to replenish products from stockroom
Learning Environment:
-Shares knowledge of products and/or trains associates on features and fashion of the product to enhance team performance
Support:
-Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
Performance Standards:
-Consistently meets established performance standards for the roll, including (but not limited to) product service sales, customer service, productivity, and attendance.
