Home Health Care Coordinator Job Opening in Las Vegas, Nevada - Manage caseload of 30 + Medicare eligible clients
Interpret Medicare policies and procedures; prepare reports; record keeping
Evaluate the needs of clients for medical services, treatment, equipment and supplies
Complete assessments to determine individual level of care, conduct home visits, develop plans of care and investigate serious occurrence reports
Coordinate services for clients; refer clients to community services and participate in community outreach with local and state agencies
Process payments and authorizations request from providers to ensure requested services are medically necessary and in compliance with Medicare criteria prior to approving or denying
Review programs; participate in program development/special projects
