Requirements:
Proven outside or field sales experience with a track record of achieving sales goals
Specialized sales experience in selling software solutions is desirable
Ability to self-source leads through a combination of cold-calling and networking
Existing network of contacts in the oilfield services industry considered an asset
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, relationship building, and presentation skills
Team player
Strongly self-motivated with a drive to excel
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite experience
Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
Work with management to develop, plan, and organize sales to achieve desired results
Execute sales tactics, implement marketing strategies, deliver effective sales presentations with passion, and follow up to close business
Visit current and potential customers (Field and Office) to promote, build awareness, and close new sales for Pandell?s Jobutrax software
Collaborate with management to prepare and present competitive sales proposals
Provide valuable feedback to management to improve on sales and marketing strategies
Represent Pandell by attending various events within your assigned territory
