Sales Associate Job Opening in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Responsibilities:
Growing base sales and hitting sales goals
Writing, entering and calling in customer orders to our call center
Presenting innovative ideas and in an effective and persuasive manner
Explaining our services to our target audience and knowing how to close the sale
Understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions.
Providing data tracking and insights to internal partners for growth from in-store consumer activity
Daily training meetings
Exceptional customer service
Promoting and fostering a collaborative teamwork-based culture to support winning in the marketplace
Required :
High school diploma/GED with related work experience
Strong problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred :
Bachelor?s degree in a related field
Sales experience in a customer service oriented environment
Proficiency working in Microsoft Word and Excel
The ability to work a full-time schedule, 40 hours weekly A professional demeanor and appearance Reliable transportation.
