Executive Sales Support Job Opening in Boulder, Colorado - Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Supporting Sales team and Account managers with reporting responsibilities for customers and sales team
Assists in coordinating the sales team by managing their schedules, assisting customers with questions supporting sales managers with assisting them in filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Responding to customer complaints, questions and/or concerns and provide sales support when requested.
Creates, maintains and sorts financial and non-financial data in excel form and present reports daily, weekly, monthly.
Assists in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials via power point and other source materials and or events.
Works with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed.
Reviews and drafts letters, presentations, and various other documents as needed.
Performs other duties such as scheduling meetings, coordination of specific projects across departments, communicating with customers and sales team to obtain information required for submission, including routine correspondence.
Potential for service calls, on weekends, working remotely.
Performs other general office duties as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration preferred or related field required
Assisting with National Account sales support - a PLUS!
2 + years of sales and/or customer service experience required
Ability to meet multiple deadlines and effectively handle competing priorities.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Strong skills in reviewing and preparing business documentation such as letters and other documents.
Ability to communicate professionally ? both written and verbal.
Proofreading and typing skills required.
Keen listener and able to create a friendly atmosphere with clients.
Organized with a good ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks concurrently.
Excellent at internal and external customer service.
