What this ad is about: We're currently looking for someone who can help other people find out that we're here to help them achieve their fitness goals, no matter what they are.
We're looking for people who are interested in a Sales Consultant role. Think of yourself as bridging the gap between all the people that want to get healthier but aren't sure how or where to start. In this position, this superstar will help us find people, set appointments to get them into our club, work with them to help them get on a membership that fits their needs, help them understand how personal training plans can help them.
Our new Rockstar Sales Consultants will be in charge of managing a balance between the generation of their new leads and following up on their existing leads from a variety of sources to get these folks in here and get them healthy, happy, and Youfitters for life!

Pay: Hourly rate and Commission is available.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
To become the greatest ambassador & promoter or Youfit; our brand, our clubs, our services
To identify and create new potential members
Use all the tools Youfit provides: Lead Dolphin, Phone, and Outside Marketing.
To identify and create new member referral sources
Create relationships inside and outside the gym.
To identify and create new corporate membership opportunities
Create relationships inside and outside the gym.
To assist in the quality and operation of the Youfit location
Youfit is the product you se In order to successfully sell something you must be proud of it. Assist in the operation, cleanliness, and management of the facility and staff. Be a leader amongst your peers.
To achieve YC POS sale percentage
To participate in or manage marketing events
Requirements:
Generate at least five new corporate memberships per month
Must set up one marketing event per month
Follow up on your portioned incoming leads from web, renewal, and cancelled lists
Personally generate at least 20 leads per day
Either new appointments per day (follow ups do not count)
Expectations:
65 memberships per month per club
Any time in club prior to 5:15p is dedicated to callbacks, confirmations, and prospecting
Must prospect a minimum of three hours per day
Schedule:
1-9pm Monday thru Wednesday
9am-4pm Saturday and Sunday
Must take lunch break every day and follow all other time and attendance policies
