Responsibilities:
Use VoIP line to provide customer service solutions to patients
Follow specific scripting requirements during all telephone interactions to ensure call quality
Explain services and prices, and answer inquiries about offerings in patient-friendly language
Obtain sensitive patient information in a confidential manner
Use computer applications to maintain and update records
Qualifications:
Experience with PC and various software applications
Ability to navigate between multiple software programs
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Experience in a customer service environment. Call center experience is a plus!
Ability to build rapport and assess information given to determine the best solution
Professional demeanor
