TOP SALES PERFORMERS!, Flipping & Remodeling Houses. Job Opening in Charleston, South carolina - We are seeking highly motivated sales people and business leaders to join our expanding company. We are building an investing team in the Charleston metro to execute monthly wholesale, and fix and flip projects while acquiring rental investment properties.
Our Part time reps earn over $100k and full time leaders bring in over $250k in annual income (does not include revenue from rentals).
Applicants must be self driven and highly motivated with experience in at least one of the following:
-business development or management
-sales team building
-real estate investing or RE industry experience
-marketing and top sales performance
-construction and project management
NO REALTOR LICENCE REQUIRED
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Depending On Experience:
-Respond promptly to new leads
-Conversing with distressed property owners
-manage contracts and paperwork
-closing remodel projects and investing deals
-develop creative marketing plans
-event promotions and planning
