Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced sales professional who has a positive mind set, can make a difference and is driven by results. The successful candidate will have a track record of success and will be able to close the sale without the need for oversight.
You will be part of a team focusing on inbound/outbound phone sales. You will be responsible for calling on warm leads and closing immediate sales. The ideal candidate will be positive, energetic, highly self-motivated and possess strong verbal & communication skills.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Utilize consultative negotiation/sales and customer service skills to identify sales/retention opportunities
Handle customer and/or client inquiries regarding account status and follow-up of same
Ability to develop a strong rapport with the customer and drive the appropriate conversions
Ability to quickly identify customer needs and make appropriate decisions
Flexibility to troubleshoot potential challenges and advise management with solutions
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, even under stressful situations
Multi-tasking between speaking and data capture
Ability to learn product suite quickly
Demonstrate strong product/technical knowledge
Experience:
High energy with a proven track record in a sales incentive based structure
Experience working in a fast paced, competitive environment
Previous telesales experience a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact with a variety of clients
Ability to work independently while continuing to focus on goals and meeting deadlines.

Education:

Compensation: Base Salary plus aggressive commission plan!
