Inside/Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Cliffwood, New jersey - The Inside Sales Representative follows up on proposals written by System Design Specialists and Services Technicians with two purposes; quality assurance and closure of the sale either in office or in the home.
Provides tactical support to other departments as needed. Supports the company?s management, purpose, mission, and values.

Follows up with customers by telephone for the purposes of ensuring quality and selling previously unsold proposals.
Keeps customer files updated, complete, and accurate.
Meets or exceeds sales goals.
Provides customers with a remarkable experience.
Regular, reliable on-site attendance.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Skill in operating a personal computer and programs.
Skill in verbal communication.
Ability to handle a variety of tasks.
