E-Commerce/Online Sales Customer Service Representative Job Opening in Parsippany, New jersey - Position Summary:
We are seeking outgoing and courteous E-Commerce/Online Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is all about customer service and satisfaction; if you are experienced in giving exceptional customer service, have the drive to learn and want to build a career working as an online sales representative we look forward to talking with you.
Responsibilities /Duties:
- Serve as primary contact person for Jodhpuri Inc. E-Commerce sites/Online Sales Inquiries and Flash Site Sales
- Process and ship daily E-Commerce orders
- Complete weekly invoicing for E-Commerce/Online Sales Orders
- To grow online sales by offering more product selections on a regular basis
- Provide assistance to current and potential customers via phone, live-chat and e-mail
- Follow up with customers indicating purchasing interest through our website
- Produce daily/monthly customer service and sales reports for management
- Take on additional as assigned by supervisor
Education/Training:
- Minimum two years of experience Online Sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to flourish in a fast paced work environment
- Outstanding Customer Service skills
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Bilingual skills (ENG/ESP) a PLUS
