Senior Java Developer (Big Data, AWS) Job Opening in Chicago, Illinois - Senior Java Developer
Our software development team is growing! We are seeking an experienced, full stack Senior Software Engineer who is eager keep up with cutting edge open source technologies to build new, customer-facing web applications. You will be hands-on in the full life cycle development process, using modern Java, Big Data, and Cloud technologies. As a full stack Java Web Developer, you will also be working with modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically AngularJS.
Our tech stack includes (but is not limited to!): Java / J2EE, AngularJS, Amazon Web Services (AWS), NoSQL databases (MongoDB), and a range of Cloud technologies.
This Senior Software Engineer should possess the below skills:
Java / J2EE programming expertise
JavaScript development experience ? modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically AngularJS highly preferred
Web Services ? Amazon Web Services (AWS) highly preferred (SOAP, REST)
Cloud technologies: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, Docker, etc
Spring technologies
NodeJS is a plus
Big Data experience is a plus (NoSQL databases: MongoDB, etc)
