This is an opportunity to practice mentorship skills with more-junior developers, often receiving guidance from more experienced mentors.
Desired Experience:
4+ years of experience in a full-time development role. Previous experience as a tech lead or team lead, mentoring junior developers. B.S. preferred, in Computer Science or related discipline. Software Engineering, Architecture, Technical Operations. Strong Agile experience preferred. Preferred candidate is passionate about travel and the Hospitality industry
* Working within our Core Team. The Core Team is primarily responsible for maintaining our legacy technology stack. * Working with our Product Team to drive initiatives. * Code reviews / mentorship of more junior level developers. * Java, JavaScript, CSS/HTML, AEM / Adobe CQ, ATG are core technologies * Strong OOP / design pattern knowledge.
