Full Charge Accountant/Bookkeeper Job Opening in Dallas, Texas - Texas Digestive Disease Consultants is looking for a full charge accountant/ bookkeeper with skills including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, accrual & cash accounting, vendor research and general ledger knowledge.
Job Responsibilities:
Daily accounts payable invoice processing including matching and coding, entering in QB and processing for payment.
Timely resolution of invoice issues
Accounts Receivable cash and check posting and reconciling from multiple location
Research and post debits, credits, and journal entries as needed
Bank reconciliation
Maintain Excel spreadsheets
Additional support projects as needed
Job Requirements:
Minimum four years full charge bookkeeping or accounting experience
Previous skills must include both general accounting and office duties Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Able to problem solve, manage deadline and research solutions accurately and timely with minimal supervision
Strong verbal and written communication
QuickBooks experience
Attention to detail
