Customer Service/Sales Representative Job Opening in Manistee, Michigan - AT&T Authorized Retailer
Seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and drive to make friends and make MONEY!
Responsibilities:
*Servicing new and existing AT&T customers by providing them with excellent customer service with any bill inquires, technical support, opening new accounts and upgrading existing customers while building rapport to uncover additional needs to cross sell additional products, services and devices offered by AT&T - i.e. Determine customer needs for Wireless, Accessories, Entertainment, Internet, and Business.
*Assist in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
*Develop solutions for customers by listening to their needs and recommending the appropriate products and services
*Collaborate with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times.
*Utilize the company's POS system to cash customers out or administer returns
