Requirements:
3+ years of experience leading a team of 6-10 people
5+ years of experience in Waterfall and Scrum methodologies
Modern Full Stack /C# development: Front to back-end development
Practical knowledge of design patterns
5+ years of experience of solution architecture development
Strong knowledge of SQL (T-SQL)
Deep understanding of communication protocols, standards, technologies (SOAP, REST, WCF)
Deep knowledge in experience WCF and WinForms/WPF
Experience with Visual Basic for MS Excel
Experience with MS SharePoint
Experience with processing of data and analytics or ETL development
Demonstrate high standards and ability to write beautiful code
Demonstrate project ownership, not just participation
Excellent understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Software Engineering Process
Good English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking)
Open-minded, appreciate direct feedback, and revel in intellectually rigorous environments
Responsibilities:
Owns solution architecture and implementation details
Responsible for requirements estimation and breakdown into technical tasks
