Angular JavaScript Developer - Active TS/SCI Job Opening in Springfield, Virginia - NT Concepts is seeking an Angular JavaScript Developer to join our on-site team in Springfield, VA supporting a large intelligence agency's efforts for Web User Experience Design (WUED) services. The Mid-Level Angular JavaScript Developer will be responsible for providing web design, development, and user experience analysis for the agency?s websites on different internal networks and the world wide web. The Developer will also be responsible for supporting testing and evaluation including web design (information architecture, interactive design, navigation, visual design), human computer interaction testing, front end work, and web content management systems for activities associated with on-line/on-demand geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) on multiple classified and unclassified networks.
Essential Job Duties:
Configure and implement JavaScript and AngularJS, as well as and other browser-based technologies, such as Asynchronous JavaScript and eXtensible Markup (AJAX). JQuery, and Bootstrap. Use Angular JavaScript ( AngularJS) to develop, modify, and improve will be on using and tailoring an existing JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) library shared across the Intelligence Community and delivering the results into a content management environment.
Test, develop and maintain unique software modules
Design, develop, enhance, debug, and implement software
Troubleshoot production problems related to software applications
Configure applications according to design specifications
Participate in peer reviews of code written by other developers
Participate in development of software user manuals
Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements
Assist in researching, testing, building, and coordinating the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements
Assist in the design and development of new software products or major enhancements to existing software
Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools
Assist in resolving problems with software and responding to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
Assist in documentation, validation and testing of technical requirements
Assist in preparing estimates for implementing new system enhancements
Additional Job Duties:
Create and implement cascading style sheets, HTML5 markup language, and other markup languages as needed to support design implementation.
Support testing and evaluation including web design (information architecture, interactive design, navigation, visual design), human computer interaction testing, front end work, and web content management systems for activities associated with on-line/on-demand geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) on multiple classified and unclassified networks.

Experience with JavaScript and AngularJS, as well as and other browser-based technologies, such as Asynchronous JavaScript and eXtensible Markup (AJAX). JQuery, and Bootstrap.
Experience using and tailoring an existing JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) library shared across the Intelligence Community and delivering the results into a content management environment.
Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing dynamic environment; prioritize and multi-task across numerous work streams
Self-directed, detail-oriented; ability to work with a team
A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.

Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar discipline. A year of college education is the equivalent of two years of relevant work experience.
Minimum of four (4) years of general computer programming experience, including two (2) years of specialized experience.
