Job Summary
Marco Pharma is seeking a Sales Manager for the Natural-Homeopathic and Supplements Channel to join its energetic and passionate team. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales leadership position with the #1 brand in homeopathic and supplementary products and one of the most innovative & respected brands in the industry. We're looking for a passionate, self-driven individual with a strong track record of success in the Natural Food/Supplement Channel. In this role, the Sales Manager will work closely with our retail buyers, brokers, distributors and the MPI team to broaden the availability and visibility of our professional and retail products and accelerate the profitable and sustainable growth of our sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the Retail and Specialty Channel sales
Design and implement channel sales growth strategy, plans and execution
Achieve annual sales goals and assure successful execution of trade promotions, display programs and other customer marketing opportunities
Grow sales and distribution at current accounts and generate business at new accounts
Manage broker and distributor network ? track, analyze and optimize broker and distributor performance to increase distribution, promotions and in-store presence
Evaluate category and competitive sales performance and identify volume development opportunities utilizing internal and external data sources
Develop fact based selling stories and effective sales presentations
Maintain positive business relationships with key retailers and distributors
Oversee customer service team as it relates to sales support
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor?s Degree
5+ years of sales experience, primarily in the Natural Food and/or Supplements Channel
Experience managing a sales and customer service team
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Detail oriented with strong analytical and decision making skills
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints and adapt to the unexpected
Ability to operate in a team environment with a positive and collaborative attitude
A high degree of self-initiative, entrepreneurial spirit and the potential for continued growth

Salary: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
