Responsibilities:
Identify, screen and qualify physicians and advanced practice professionals to place in temporary and permanent positions in the healthcare facilities and developing and managing new client relationships in new territories.
Candidate Engagement
Identify, screen, and qualify candidates for placement.
Engage, manage and track the placement process with candidates.
Place candidates in temporary and permanent positions by matching with client needs.
Client Engagement
Identify new clients through business development activities and negotiating contracts.
Represent and communicate candidate attributes to clients.
Manage client relationships to ensure staffing needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements, Skills and Attributes:
- Bachelor?s Degree
- Recruiting, and/or Sales Experience preferred

- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
