Accounting Clerk Job Opening in Baton Rouge, Louisiana - Successful equipment rental company is looking to fill a part time Accounting / Collections position. Job Duties Include, but are not limited to the following
Contacting customers for collections
Computer skills
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, & Quickbook?s
Planning and Organizing
Accounts Receivables / Accounts Payables
Job Requirement, but are not limited to the following
Good communication skills- written and verbal
Attention to detail and accuracy
Customer service orientated
Team player
Valid driver?s license with a good driving record
Able to pass a drug screen
High School education or equivalent
P/T position Monday ? Friday 9:00 AM ? 2:00 PM
Able to work 2-3 Saturday?s a year
Able to run errands
