Standards:
Prospect for leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses, staging homes for sale
Oversee Showing Assistant in selecting homes that meet clients? needs, identifying homes that best meet those needs, refining needs, and closing to contract offers
Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
Responsible for identifying, contacting, and obtaining appointments with for sale by owners, withdrawns and expireds, as well as maintaining consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell
Evaluate showing feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed
Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all buyers/sellers
Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues
Essential duties and responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of buyers?/sellers' transactions from initial contact to contract to close
Hire, train, and consult all Buyer/Listing Specialists and Showing Assistants
Negotiating for buyers

Required skills, education and experience:
Excellent at building rapport, people oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent organizational and time management skills, strong sense of urgency
Candidate must be team oriented, learning based, possessing sheer grit and the will to succeed.
Able to build and lead a team
Calm under pressure
Computer skills
Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
Real estate experience not required; must have or be willing to obtain a Louisiana Real Estate license.
1?3 years Sales experience
