General Summary
Supervise front office operations and scheduling of CCBHC services including direct supervision of office support staff. Provide direct training and assistance. Monitor and update front office schedules based on agency hours of operation. Ensure that front office responsibilities inclusive of scheduling, admissions tasks, check-in and check-out duties are implemented in a manner that is inviting and welcoming to the clients we serve minimizing delays and other encumbrances. Maintain a front office environment that is friendly and helpful to the clients and that works cooperatively and collaboratively with program staff.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in related field required. Three years of experience, a year of which as a supervisor in healthcare field required. Flexibility with hours, some evenings and weekends may be required. Excellent communication skills required. Excellent attention to detail required. Verbal communication in both Spanish and English preferred. Customer service experience preferred.

? Knowledge of Electronic Health Records.
? Skill in telephone etiquette and telephone systems.
? Skill in using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook and the ability to learn new software programs that support project efforts.

? Skill in time management ? managing one?s own time as well as staff being supervised in relation to the tasks at hand.

? Ability to navigate and utilize electronic health records using technology, including computers.
? Ability to work well with patients with diverse needs, problem solve situations, and seek help and support when needed.
? Ability to create and maintain a culture which fosters individual motivation, high levels of individual and team performance, and quality of service.
